INFORMATION & ARCHIVAL SERVICES

Strategic evaluation of corporate archives with multiple locations
Multiple mergers over a period of a dozen years left one global corporation with archival resources dispersed among various locations. In no one of these was there a plan, supporting policies, or sufficient budgetary resources to provide adequate professional management, staffing, or facilities. Management knew the archives functions would need to be upgraded in order to meet its business requirements. They engaged Winthrop to undertake an evaluation, assess potential, and develop a phased plan that, when implemented, would address present and future strategic requirements for archival information and documentation.
