We developed a real-time project tracking system to document and review the progress of a multi-year project to develop an experimental manufacturing facility in a major durable goods manufacturer. This enabled the company to gain a holistic view of its activities, to maintain continuity during turnover, and to communicate progress more effectively throughout senior management.
