Winthrop, in collaboration with the design firm The Graphics Office, created a timeline and installations using artifacts from NYRR archives. The installation was mounted in the new NYRR Run Center which recently opened.
At the entrance of the main building, Winthrop maintains a display case, installing 2 to 3 exhibits a year. Faculty and staff often suggest topics for an exhibit which are related to school history, current events or topics of study.
Winthrop helped create 4 portable display cases that were put on display in multible office locations. Then when Citigroup moved its corporate offices downtown Winthrop helped create several displays that decorate the public spaces.
Winthrop is currently developing display cases for the law firm's offices that illustrates the work of the founding partners.
Winthrop archivists performed a survey of documentary, audio-visual, and 3-D materials then made recommendations to support the selections of materials in an exhibit designed by Lee Skolnick. Winthrop continued its relationship with LHS A+DP combining talents on the Muhammad Ali Center and recently making a joint proposal for an archives, history and exhibit project to Saudi Aramco.
